1. Membership Validity:
- Your membership is valid until 31st December 2025 from the date of purchase, providing premium courses with significant discounts, a free quarterly e-magazine, special training programs, a step-by-step career development series, and complimentary e-books.”, & some othe benefits during this period.
2. Payment Confirmation:
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your membership card will be dispatched to the registered email within 7-10 working days.
3. Course Fees Refund:
- Request a refund for any paid course within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed, ensuring the course content hasn’t been extensively accessed.
- Refunds are subject to a processing fee.
4. Membership Fees Refund:
- Vidya Card and Business Card memberships are refundable within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds are subject to a processing fee. it may be upto 50%.
5. Digital Products Refund:
- No refunds are available for digital products (e-books, downloadable resources) once they are accessed or downloaded.
6. Cancellation event registrations:
- For event registrations, cancellations made at least 15 days before the event may be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are subject to a processing fee.
7. Refunds for all other services, not listed above, can be requested within 3 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a processing fee.
