These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Ultimate Career Management (hereinafter referred to as “UCM”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) for the Vidya Card membership.

1. Vidya Card or Business Card Membership:

“Vidya Card or Business Card membership is valid until 31st December 2025 from the date of purchase.
“Membership benefits include exclusive access to premium courses with significant discounts, a free quarterly e-magazine, special training programs, a step-by-step career development series, and complimentary e-books.”

2. Payment Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the User.
Membership Card will be dispatched to the registered email ID within 7-10 working days.

3. Refund Policy:

Membership Card payments are non-refundable.

4. Exclusive Access:

Membership Card provides exclusive access to designated content.
Misuse or sharing of membership Card may result in termination without refund.

5. Community Service Participation:

Membership Card members are encouraged to participate in community service projects.
Participation is voluntary, and membership Card is not liable for any consequences arising from such participation.

6. Communication:

By becoming a member of Ultimate Career, the User agrees to receive occasional emails regarding updates, promotions, and important announcements.
Opt-out of promotional emails is available at any time.

7. Data Privacy:

Members respects the privacy of user data.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the UCM website.

8. Termination of Membership:

Ultimate Career Management reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of terms, unethical behavior, or any activity deemed harmful to the community or the organization.
